Most Common Employment Discrimination Claims

Earlier this year, the Insurance Journal featured an article titled “Top 10 Employment Discrimination Claims,” based on data compiled by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) for the fiscal year 2014. The EEOC found that the most common allegation was retaliation, followed by race discrimination.
