Special Event Program for Summer Festivities

With summer just around the corner, many agencies are preparing for public and private events that will take place on agency-owned properties. The Authority’s Special Events Program provides members with liability insurance for special events or short-term activities, including weddings, art festivals, parades, and block parties, and member-sponsored events such as job fairs, carnivals, and swap meets. There is no deductible for this coverage, and members are automatically added as additional insured if they are entered on the certificate of insurance.
