Leadership Academy Registration Requests Being Accepted

Registration requests are being accepted, beginning today, December 18, for the Authority’s Leadership Academy, to be held on March 24-26, 2020, in Paso Robles. This academy is designed for senior management-level employees and department directors at public agencies, and will focus on the increasingly complex and challenging demands on local governments in an era of limited resources. Topics covered at the Leadership Academy include transforming an organization through great leadership, conflict resolution strategies, and a leader’s role in liability and workers’ compensation.
