The California JPIA is driven by dedicated, hard-working staff members who are committed to providing exemplary service to members. In December 2019, seven such employees received promotions in recognition of their contributions to the Authority and members.
The Authority is pleased to announce the promotions of Lyndsie Buskirk and Lilian Salcedo from Office Assistant to Administrative Assistant; Courtney Morrison and Abraham Han from Administrative Analyst to Management Analyst; and Maria Galvan, Melaina Francis, and Alex Mellor from Risk Manager to Senior Risk Manager.
“Our employees are key differentiators that set the Authority apart as a leader in the self-insurance pooling community,” said Chief Executive Officer Jon Shull. “These promotions recognize the contributions and advancement through progressively more responsible positions within the Authority. As they and others on the Authority staff continue to expand their roles, I am excited to see the even deeper knowledge and experience with which we’ll be able to support our members.”
