Public Relations: Communicating Successfully with the Public

CLASSROOM TRAINING
This workshop will help the participant create a memorable impression at work, at home and at play. It will also provide techniques and solutions to give participants a better memory and appearance and more confidence. The participant will discover how to look their best, be at ease in a public setting, sound positive and credible, and use non-verbal communication skills to advance their message, and will benefit from proven techniques for effective media relations and public speaking events. Participants will leave this workshop with the tools they need to properly deal with the public.
