Workplace Harassment Prevention for General Employees - Virtual
The courts have separated harassment into two main categories quid pro quo harassment and hostile or offensive work environment harassment. This training is an overview of state and federal laws defining inappropriate conduct in the workplace, employee liability, investigation, and appropriate action of a harassment claim, and prevention of harassment claims.
Once your Training Registrar has scheduled you for this training, you may access the training by going to cjpia.org and clicking on the “myJPIA Training” button. Enter your “Username” (top line), enter your “Password” (bottom line) and click “Login”. If you need either your “Username”, or “Password”, click on the respective "Lost" choices. If you need your login credentials, click on “Register”, and complete the form. Once completed, click on “Request Registration” and the information will be emailed to you.
From the Homepage, click on “Calendar” and use the arrows next to the month to find the day of the event (training). Once located, click on the “training title”, a pop-up window will appear, and you are ready to launch it!
