Preventing Harassment Creating a Positive Workplace in Office Settings

  • E-Learning

Treating fellow employees with respect and understanding contributes to a productive and professional workplace. However, inappropriate comments, jokes, language, photographs undermine a positive work environment. This course shows how harassment based on sex, race, religion, age, disability, or other legally protected characteristics can create a hostile work environment interfering with an employee’s ability to perform their job.

This course demonstrates harassing behaviors, the right way to respond to those behaviors, the need to report harassment, and holds up a mirror so employees can evaluate their behaviors. This is an excellent way to educate employees about their rights and responsibilities to help ensure a harassment free workplace.
