We all may encounter challenges as we prepare for a new position and become aware of our new responsibilities. What is considered inappropriate behavior and how do you respond to it? How do you deal with difficult personalities? What are your responsibilities when dealing with an emergency? These questions and more are answered in this training designed to give part time and seasonal employees a general overview of appropriate practices and procedures in the workplace. A summary of state and federal laws defining inappropriate conduct in the workplace and outlines of proper emergency and reporting procedures are included along with the basics of excellent customer service. You will walk away with the necessary information and understandings to make their job experience successful.
