Team Building & Team Communication
It seems like we are not working in a 24 hour a day world anymore, but a 72 hour a day world. Stress is high, public agency employees are often being asked to do more with less, and the pace of life and work makes it easy for people to get on each others nerves. Getting along at work means we have to cooperate. This training teaches tools for employees, supervisors, departments, and work teams to collaborate, communicate, and know when and how to give each other feedback, support, and praise. We all play a part in excellent service to each other, to our departments, and our taxpayers. In tough economic times, it can be hard to feel motivated to do more with less and at a faster pace than ever before. This session offers employees and supervisors hope, motivation, new ideas, and tools for working more effectively in our current environment.
