This training reviews recognition of traffic hazards, specific code requirements for traffic control equipment, proper set up and removal of traffic control zones, and the use of the WATCH Manual to properly control traffic. Participants will gain knowledge of flagging regulations, flagging equipment requirements, flagging techniques, one direction traffic control, emergency vehicle procedures, accidents, and hostile drivers. Demonstration of proficiency will be conducted at the conclusion of this training. Regulation Cal OSHA Construction Safety Orders 1599.
