In May, the California JPIA Executive Committee approved updates to the Memoranda of Coverage (MOC) for the Authority’s Liability and Workers’ Compensation programs. These changes aim to make the coverage documents clearer and fairer for members. Note that no major changes were made to the Property Program MOC.
Authority members can download their agency’s personalized MOCs and Program Certificates for 2024–25: Visit cjpia.org, click on Coverage in the top menu, and select either Memoranda of Coverage or Program Certificates. After logging in, members will find their agency’s documents on their organization page in the member portal. For help with myJPIA credentials, members can register or reset their password on the myJPIA login page. The username is your email address.
