Authority Offices Winter Holiday Schedule

The Authority’s offices will be closed beginning Wednesday, December 23, 2020 and will reopen on Monday, January 4, 2021. If you need to reach someone in our offices, please call (562) 467-8700, and leave a message by following the prompts for the emergency mailbox. You will receive a return phone call the same day.

To request an evidence of coverage (EOC) during this time, please complete this online request form. If your EOC will need to be issued prior to January 4, please call Insurance Programs Manager Jim Thyden at (562) 631-5449.
