Responding to a complaint of police officer misconduct is now a much more complex process due to the new obligations of human resources and police management in administering the complaint and investigation process. This webinar will examine each step of an effective complaint process and provide information on best practices and legal compliance. Attendees will be given the opportunity to ask questions of the speakers.
