To assist members with the consideration of legal and other unique issues related to workplace vaccination programs, the California JPIA will be hosting a webinar, “COVID-19 Vaccination Programs in the Workplace,” on Tuesday, February 9, 2021, from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m.
Panelists Workers’ Compensation Program Manager Jeff Rush; Liability Program Manager Paul Zeglovitch; Kelly Trainer, partner with Burke, Williams and Sorensen; and Giovanni Valencia, partner with Hayford, Felchlin, Valencia & McWhorter will cover mandatory versus voluntary vaccination programs, liability exposure, employee safety, and other issues on the topic of workplace vaccinations. There will be an opportunity to submit questions to the presenters.
