Forum Scholarship Opportunity
The Authority offers a limited number of lodging scholarships for those unable to attend the Forum due to a lack of agency funding. Preference may be given to first-time attendees; however, all are encouraged to apply. Those selected for a scholarship will receive two nights of lodging at the Omni La Costa Resort.
